Storage:

Short-Term Storage (1–2 days):
Store bread at room temperature in a paper bag or wrapped loosely in a clean kitchen towel. A bread box also works well. Avoid plastic bags, as they can soften the crust.

For Soft Breads:
You may use a plastic bag to help retain moisture and keep the bread soft.

Long-Term Storage (More than 2 days):
Slice the bread first (if unsliced), then wrap tightly in plastic wrap or foil. Place in a sealed freezer-safe bag and store in the freezer.

Reheating Guide:

Crusty Breads (e.g., Sourdough):
• Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly mist the bread with water or wrap in foil to prevent it from drying out. Warm for 5–10 minutes.
Soft Breads (e.g., Pandesal, Dinner Rolls, Loaves):
• Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F). Reheat for 5–10 minutes until warmed through.
Frozen Breads:
• Thaw at room temperature or reheat directly from frozen, adding 2–3 minutes to the recommended reheating time above.

Note: Microwaving is not recommended, as it can affect texture and quality.
